Execution Labs alumni studios Nine Dots Studio and Kitfox Games were both awarded production funding from the Canada Media Fund announced last week.

Nine Dots secured over $960,000 to move into production for their open-world RPG Outward. Check out their blog post about it over on their website.

For Kitfox, this $150,000 infusion is the second round of CMF financing for their mythology weaving game Moon Hunters. The total amount of CMF funding for the project is now $310,000.
